Grand Rapids Catholic Singles at the Civic Theatre: Grease

Tentative Plan is for the the Catholic Singles group to attend the Wednesday (2/20) Dress Rehearsal

Rydell High’s spirited class of ’59 comes to the Civic stage, with gum-chewing, hot rod loving boys and their wise-crackin’ girls in bobby sox and poodle skirts. Nostalgic songs recall the Buddy Holly hiccups, Little Richard yodels and Elvis Presley wiggles that made the music of the 50s a gas. This lively musical is filled with great dancing and sheer energy that might have you rockin’ in the aisles!

Performances: Wed. at 7:30 pm, Thurs. - Sat. at 8 pm, Sun. at 3 pm

Catholic Singles Event: Annual Winter Ski Trip

Join the Grand Rapids Catholic Singles for a fun winter event. Fri/Sat/Sun (Monday optional) February 29, 2008. Open to the FIRST 24 PAID individuals. (optional extra day is Monday). Downhill skiing, Cross-country skiing, Snow shoeing, Snowboarding anyone? Gambling, shopping, or just kicking back by the fireplace. Includes Friday night meal, Sat. and Sun breakfasts, and lunch at the slopes on Saturday. Cost is $65. The optional extra Sunday night is $25. Lodging is a nice large log cabin. Many will need sleeping bags if we have a large group.

Grand Rapids Catholic Singles Group February Planning Meeting

Please mark your calendar for the next planning meeting on Thursday, Feb. 21^st at 6:00 at Brann’s Steakhouse at 401 Leonard NW. We’ll be meeting in the reserved dining room. Thursdays are “½ off drafts” night and also “All-U-Can-Eat-Ribs” for $12.99 night. Please come with an idea or two for an event March or April!
